Second annual Operation Coup d'Fat
Aight. I am ready to begin Coup d'Fat the Second. I have not yet weighed myself, but I am pretty sure that I currently weigh less than I did at this point last year (but more than I did at the end of last summer). I have already begun to work out a little more consistently, which sadly only equates to about two times a week right now.
While there is really no point in counting today's points, I will project for tomorrow:
Jell-o for breakfast (don't judge me ... we need to go shopping).
Yogurt and string cheese for breakfast.
Some kind of chicken and veggies for dinner?
No idea what that point total equates to. We'll see. Maureen, get your butt in gear and help me out.
