another week down.
I don't feel like posting this week's food log, but for the most part it was better than last week. I lost 2.6 lbs, for a total loss of 31.2 lbs. I have to say, I feel pretty awesome right now. Last sunday marked two months of weight watchers. I would have written about it last week, but I didn't even realize it. That kind of characterizes my whole diet style this time around - while I am conscious of making better decisions, and I am rigidly aware of how many points i've consumed, I don't feel...I don't know, overwhelmed or pressured by it. That doesn't sound right...but my point is that this is way easier than any other time I've attempted weight loss, too. The last time I made a serious effort and stuck to it, I lost 34 lbs before falling off the wagon completely. So if I can lose 3.8 lbs, I'll have surpassed that milestone.
