Slow Start

Okay, so this week was not really productive. I DID buy those low-point English muffins I ate last time. But they are already gone. In fact, this morning Matt and I decided to make bacon, egg, and cheese muffins with them, and we each proceeded to have two. Probably counterproductive to the whole weight loss plan.

Anyway, I wanted to check in to show that I'm at least still PLANNING on making this work. I still need to go grocery shopping for more/better food, though. And now with the added challenge of purchasing diapers and baby food and whatnot, we're trying to figure out how to save money on groceries. So how do you buy healthy food that doesn't cost a lot?? This is my new charge.

Anyway, definitely a diet/workout fail this week (which SHOULD have been easy since I was on spring break.) Oh, well! I am determined to make it happen! I think I also need to find the WW book and calculator Kim gave me last time, and that will make this easier, as well. Baby steps...

Alright Katie, I'm in. I promise no huge gains (or, losses I guess, in this case) but let's start counting and tracking again :)
